Where LingQ is stronger

LingQ is stronger in the breadth of material you can bring into a reading and listening routine. Its library, imports, playlists and advertised offline access make it a more complete option for learners moving between books, articles and audio. LingoBite’s PDF-only personal-book import and device-local reading progress are real limitations by comparison.

LingQ’s content library and import workflow LingQ plans and feature allowances

01

Content is the shared starting point

LingQ combines a content library, reading and listening, saved vocabulary, and an importer for outside material. LingoBite also works from content, but its current scope is narrower: YouTube, local media, supported classics, and personal PDFs. Choose around the sources you actually use. 02

Check the import and continuation details

LingQ’s plans list import allowances, review, and offline access. LingoBite’s personal books and reading data stay in the browser on the importing device; account vocabulary is stored separately on the server. LingoBite does not currently offer cloud book sync, EPUB import, or a dedicated podcast library. LingQ plans and feature allowances

03

Choose by a real study session

Try a passage you want to read and a video you want to follow. Notice how easily you can find your place after a lookup, save a phrase, and later understand its review prompt. Those everyday interactions are a better basis for choosing than the number of features on a page.

Plans and cost

LingQ offers limited free access and paid plans. Its pricing page distinguishes vocabulary, imports, review, and other allowances. Check those limits against your intended routine. LingQ plans and feature allowances
